If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Provide your order ID and a brief description of the issue

Attach clear photos if the product is damaged, incorrect. Also, attach video capturing 360 degree angle along with showing packaging label while opening the package to have successful replacement request.
