1. What is the estimated delivery time?
Delivery usually takes:
2–4 business days for metro cities
4–7 business days for other locations You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes indeed, but in some products this may apply subject to weight and size.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible—but you may be eligible for a return or replacement.
4. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We offer free replacements for:

Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and photos of the issue.
5. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not available. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
